Voice over work is a business that takes time and effort to grow, just like any other! It doesn't happen overnight, and you're going to need more than just a good voice. Succeses in the field of voice acting requires planning, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a great voice that you know how to use!

If your thinking about getting into voice over work, here are a few things you should know:

1. It's a competitive field. There are a lot of talented voice actors out there, and it can be tough to stand out from the crowd.

2. Making a living as a voice actor can be difficult. There are only so many jobs available, and the pay can be low.

3. This job requires a lot of work. You'll need to be prepared to put in long hours, and you'll need to be able to handle rejection.

4. It's not always glamorous. You may have to do a lot of grunt work, including taking jobs you may not want to do, endless editing, and long hours isolated in your recording space.

5.It takes an investment. Equipment is expensive, and entering the voice acting field requires you to invest in yourself.

  • Networking with other voice actors and professionals in the industry is vital. Every job needs a different kind of voice, so collaboration and connections are very important. You could be recommended by your colleagues even if you didn't previously know of the opportunity.

  • Be persistent. It takes time to build a successful career in voice over work, so don't give up!

If you're willing to put in the time and effort, voice over work can be a great career. Just be sure to do your research and make sure it's the right fit for you before you get started.
